I am a district manager and had to change the location of my service 3 times in 3 days based on arrival of the windshield. I was so impressed with Will Richardson, my technician, he suggested that he meet me first thing this a.m. in my 3rd location choice> he was actually early- beat me to the store. He was friendly, courteous, & made my day.
